- Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we are out of stock on an item you are ordered, we will notify you via-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order as well as you shipping confirmation and we will refund you within 7 working days.
- ORDER STATUS
- RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- Any returns and exchanges must be advised strictly within 7 days of delivery. Lulu Loves Paris requires to you email their customer service office on contact@lululovesparis.com.au. If you wish to exchange, please contact us with your style, size and colour requirements so we can place this item on hold if we have it in stock, if we are unable to exchange for the item you desire, a store credit note will be issued valid for 9 months. Lulu Loves Paris will exchange goods but will not refund monies. If you choose not to exchange we will offer you a credit note valid for 9 months only redeemable for future purchases from Lulu Loves Paris.
- VIEWING ORDERS
- To view your orders simply log into your account with the user name and password supplied upon registration. If you access our Lulu Loves Paris website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to be responsible for activities that occur under your account or password. Lulu Loves Paris reserves the right to refuse service and accounts.
- SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping Policy:
Orders receive before 3 pm Monday – Friday (Eastern Time) will be processed within 2-5 days pending on the destination. Orders placed after 2 pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day. (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
Domestic Shipping and Cost:
Australian orders are shipping using Australia POST. Lulu Loves Paris charges $5 on orders under $60 dollars and $10 for all other orders. If your parcel has not arrive within 5 days please contact us: contact@lululovesparis.com.au
Overseas Shipping:
Overseas orders are shipping with Australia POST. The cost of shipping is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history.
To make changes please email contact@lululovesparis.com.au straight away and someone should be able to assist you. Please be advise that once the order has been placed we are unable to make any modification to the order including cancellations.
